What if I'm currently using Vantora?

We'll migrate your existing waiver data, customer records, and reservations — past, present, and future — at no cost. Most operators are fully switched over within a day.

Do I need to change my payment processor?

No — that's the whole point. RecTech supports Stripe, Square, and PayPal. Use whichever you prefer, or offer multiple options to your customers. Your choice, always.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No contracts. No setup fees. $75/month (or $750/year to save $150). Cancel anytime with one click.

Will my waivers hold up legally?

Yes. RecTech captures full digital signatures with IP addresses, timestamps, and device information. Every signed waiver is retained for 7 years from the date it was signed, even if you cancel your RecTech account.

Can I run ticketed public events?

Yes — RecTech has a first-class Events module. Multiple ticket types, per-attendee Stripe checkout, waivers collected during registration, and QR check-in on event day. See full Events details →

What about walk-in customers?
